EYA is an app for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). It helps children who cannot speak, or speak very little, to communicate with picture cards that speak aloud, ready-made phrases and a keyboard — at home, at school and in therapy.

EYA is a picture-based AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) app. Its main parts are: 1. Communication board: picture cards that speak aloud when tapped, with ready-made sets and your own photos. 2. Phrases and keyboard: saved phrases for quick conversations and an AAC keyboard for typing. 3. Visual supports: First–Then boards, step-by-step routines, a visual timer, social stories and a picture calendar. 4. Suggestions: as a sentence is built, the app suggests the next card or word.

AI analyzes the words chosen by the user and suggests related categories and sentences. For example, if the user selects 'I want to eat,' the app will suggest options related to food.

EYA works on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, and in a web browser on a computer.
