Payment
Payment is made in advance for the selected period (monthly or annually). Payments are processed through secure services (Monobank). EYA does not store your payment data.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current period.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription in your profile settings or by contacting our support team. Access continues until the end of the already paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for unused or partially used subscription periods, except as required by law. In case of significant service disruptions caused by us, we may provide compensation in the form of extended subscription period.
Price Changes
EYA may change subscription prices. New rates apply from the next billing period after user notification.
Access Termination Due to Non-Payment
In case of non-payment, EYA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.
